Recent Projects
|
Some of our more recent projects include the following.
City of Portsmouth, NH - Pierce Island WWTF Upgrade
This project required a five year commitment and close coordination with the Methuen Construction along with their other subcontractors. We also had to work closely with the City of Portsmouths SCADA Team along with the plants personnel throughout the duration of this project. During the life of this project we provided the PLC Control Panels, and all instrumentation. A complete upgrade to their SCADA System including the installation of thin clients across the plant. Along with a dedicated Wi-Fi Network so the plant staff could also monitor and control everything via an iPad no matter where they were in the plant.
City of Manchester, NH - SCADA Upgrade & PLC Programming
We were contracted by PC Construction for this project to upgrade the SCADA System for the City of Manchester's Enviromental Protection Department (EPD) as part of this project. This upgrade included replacing their existing SCADA infrastructure and maintaining data integrity. As part of this project we transitioned the EPD from utilizing Thick Clients throughout their facility to a Thin Client System that will cut long term costs. By utilizing a Thin Client System the EPD can cut down on operating costs by only having to update one central server rather than each individual Thick Client whenever they update their SCADA screens. Thin Clients are also more energy effecient than and have a decreased cost along with quicker turn around when replacing a defective unit.
