SCADA Phase I (completed 8/94) consisted of furnishing, installing and programming of two FIXDMACS nodes and seven Allen-Bradley PLC’s. SCADA Phase 2 (completed 6/96) consisted of complete retrofit of existing Infilco filters and replacing existing pneumatic, with new electronic, instrumentation. Phase 3 (completed 9/97) interfaced 30 remote stations by using a combination of dial-up, leased line, and radio telemetry. Phase 4 (completed 10/98) added 15 new sites.
